Twilight Reboot?

Twilight Reboot?
Recently, Twilight stars and ex-couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were asked if they would be willing to star in the popular franchise's reboot. The stars went on to give very ambiguous and sarcastic answers.
It has been 10 years since Twilight, based on the novel by Stephenie Meyer, released. Twilight made household stars out of Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) whose fan following grew three-fold. Rivalries were formed between Team Edward and Team Jacob and over the course of many years, we had the other four instalments - New Moon (2009), Eclipse (2010), Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011) and 2 (2012).
Where are Robert Pattinson and Kristen Steward now, 10 years later? Recently, Kristen was asked whether she would be interested in starring in a reboot, and the actress, who is known for her sarcasm quipped to Entertainment Tonight, "Yes, absolutely," and added, "Honestly, start sending scripts my way. Let's start building this. Let's really explore it." Kristen went on to state that she can't believe Twilight was 10 years. However, the memories for her are so fresh.
When Robert was earlier asked the same question, the actor revealed, "Really, they’re expanding it? So I’ll get my own spin-off? I'm always kind of curious. Anything where there's a mass audience—or seemingly an audience for it—I always like the idea of subverting people's expectations. There could be some radical way of doing it, which could be quite fun. It's always difficult when there's no source material."
However, the biggest drama to come out of Twilight post all the movies' releases and which is still etched in our minds is Robert and Kristen's real-life breakup. To refresh your memory, Robert and Kristen were madly in love until the latter cheated on him with her Snowhite and The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
Kristen had then gone on to release a statement, given the outrage by the public. The actress wrote, "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob.I love him. I love him. I'm so sorry."
Robert and Kristen parted way post the cheating scandal and years later, the two are now very friendly to each other and were even spotted catching up at a common friends party.
